We’ve thoroughly searched the web for engaging and educational games for kids, and we’ve collaborated with top educators to ensure that all of our games are age-appropriate, relevant and compliant with academic standards. Our team of educators has also created a vast library of “Homework Help” as an additional resource for students, teachers and parents.

Poptropica:

Poptropica® was developed by Family Education Network (FEN), the makers of Funbrain.com. For over a decade, kids, teachers, librarians, and parents have enthusiastically turned to Funbrain for its interactive learning games, online books, and comics. The popularity of Funbrain in schools prompted FEN to use its expertise to build a unique online experience for kids to enjoy during their free time. In September 2007, FEN launched Poptropica®, a virtual world in which kids explore and play in complete safety. Accessibility to this world for kids is important to the creators, which is why the Poptropica® Islands are free for all kids to play.

Club Penguin (paid site):

In March 2005, the founders of Club Penguin set out to create an ad-free, virtual world where children could play games, have fun and interact. As Internet specialists and parents, they wanted Club Penguin to be a place they’d feel comfortable letting their own children and grandchildren visit. Now partnered with Disney.

Sports Illustrated Kids:

SIKIDS.COM is the online counterpart to Sports Illustrated For Kids magazine. The site changes from day to day, and even from minute to minute, but our goal stays the same: We aim to create a fun, safe environment for kids, filled with some of the best news, games, and interactive features on the internet. If it’s not cool, it’s not on our site. If it is, we’ve included plenty of places where you can click to tell us about it.
